Mash’s Wing Ranch Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales under number 07976957. Our registered office is 259-261 Derby Street, Bolton, United Kingdom, BL3 6LA. We operate the www.mashswingranch.co.uk ‘website’ to which these terms are applied.

Access to our website

We provide mashswingranch.co.uk (‘website’) to communicate your orders (‘orders’) for our products (‘products’) from our restaurants. In doing so you may be required to submit your personal details (‘information’).

Parts of our website are accessible without any order being placed. By accessing any part of the website you have agreed to these terms. Should you not agree to these terms you should immediately leave the website and not place any orders.

All terms can be reviewed and modified by us at any time. They will always be available on our website and are in force and binding whenever you place an order through this website.

We aim to ensure our website is available 24/7, however, we are not liable if the website is unavailable due to maintenance or other reasons and access may be suspended at any time without notice.

Ordering on our website

You are able to order products for collection in restaurant, or to be delivered by us or our delivery partner where available (depending on restaurant chosen).

Placing an order

You must be at least 18 years old to place and order through our website.

Before confirming your order, you must ensure that all information submitted is correct and there are no errors before submitting this. Once the order has been placed and payment has been processed, it isn’t possible for us to change the order. Should you need to order additional products, you would need to create a new order.

If there has been an error, please contact the restaurant directly as they may be able to help.

Orders can only be placed for collection or delivery on the same day.

Your information

To order on our website you need to provide your name and email address. Payment information is taken by our payment provider, Stripe payments, but is not stored by us.

Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and place an order on our website. Should you create an account on our website you will be asked to provide a password.

Do not disclose your password to third parties, you are responsible for any activity happening through your account. If you believe somebody else has access to your account login details you must notify us immediately. You are responsible for ensuring your password is sufficiently secure.

We have the right to disable and remove accounts at any time. Should you wish to have your account deleted, you may contact us and we will do so.


You will be charged with the prices shown during the ordering process on the website, and all prices are inclusive of VAT.

Payment is taken prior to collection or delivery, if your payment method is not authorised the order will not be sent through to the kitchen and completed

Payment is only taken once you have confirmed and submitted your order.

Cancellations and refunds

Once your order has been confirmed, payment has been taken and you have your order confirmation number it will not be possible to amend or cancel your order. Should you need to make a change, please speak directly with the restaurant and they may be able to help you.

If we are unable to fulfill your order we will provide a refund for any orders or parts thereof, and to obtain a refund please contact customer services at info@mashswingranch.co.uk

You have legal rights regards any products that are not as described or are not fit for purpose, and if you believe your order falls under this please contact customer services at info@mashswingranch.co.uk.

Collecting your order

Arrive within the time specified and inform a team member, please show the confirmation screen or email showing the order number. Failure to be able to present proof of your order confirmation may result in your not being given your order.


We do everything we can to ensure that information on our website is accurate, however – we cannot promise it will always be correct and we may make changes to the content within at any time without notice.

We do our best to give as much information on the product allergens as possible, however, as all items are cooked to order we cannot guarantee and make no warranty that the products will not contain any allergens.

We operate busy kitchen environments and there will always be a risk of cross-contamination.

For any orders placed online, customers with special dietary requirements should speak to the restaurant team members before ordering to ensure staff take all reasonable precautions to avoid cross-contamination.


Should you breach any terms, we may terminate or suspend your right to place orders. You will be notified in writing should we have the need to do so.
